Shipping – Product Delivery

When your order is received and successfully processed, GOFAR will endeavour to dispatch your order within a reasonable period of time (usually by 8am the next day).

Some areas may take longer due to the frequency of deliveries to the delivery area. We aim for delivery within 7 days in Australia.   Orders ship from our Sydney warehouse.

Internationally, orders typically take 5 – 10 business days.  However because of the reduction in freight flights due to covid, Auspost now advise 10-20 business days for Europe and North America.

GOFAR has proven a very popular mileage tracker.  That fact, combined with electronic component supply lead times becoming rather slower in 2020, may mean some items may have limited stock availability causing a longer delivery time than normal.

If stock of the item you have ordered is limited we will advise you via email when we expect to have stock and give you the option of a full and rapid refund.  Alternatively you can hold on and secure your place in the queue.  We ship all orders in the order we receive them.

60 Day Satisfaction Guarantee Refunds

We believe in our product and technology and from May 3, 2017 all GOFAR units purchased come with a 60 day satisfaction guarantee.

Please read the important conditions below.
In the event that a customer is not satisfied with their GOFAR unit, they may claim a refund of their purchase price.

  • Customers must return their GOFAR unit in its original packaging, in an undamaged condition to:
    GOFAR Returns
    Level 2, 11 York St, Sydney
    NSW 2000,
    Australia

Please note, customers are not expected to return the outer wrapping that the unit comes in. We know that’s going to be removed!

  • Customers WILL ALSO need to contact GOFAR at support@gofar.co to request a refund and provide a copy of their proof of purchase. If the unit is sent without tracking, this is done at the customer’s own risk. Any costs associated with returning the GOFAR unit are to be borne by the customer. GOFAR will action the refund once the unit is received, so we do recommend customers return units with tracking.
  • If you have additionally purchased a monthly or annual GOFAR Unlimited Plan then we can also refund this amount IF you bought it through the GOFAR.co website.  However, IF you purchased a monthly or annual GOFAR Unlimited Plan using the Apple or Google in app payment processes then please refer to their relevant terms and conditions and processes on refunds.  We are prevented from directly refunding purchases of the GOFAR Unlimited Plan that are made through the GOFAR app.

 

Other Refunds

While we take reasonable degree of care to ensure that your order is delivered, if your order cannot be delivered for reasons outside of our control, GOFAR reserves the right to cancel your order and refund you the costs of your order.

Change of Address

GOFAR cannot accept any changes to your delivery address once your order is received. If your delivery address must be changed, please contact us and we will try to help. However, GOFAR has no obligation to refund the costs of your order on cancellation.
